- Fundraising for the creation of a Directory of boarding schools and care homes in the Russian Federation for orphans, the elderly,the disabled and the mentally ill, to include an evaluation by qualified specialists ( i.e. already existing licenses, and records of MChS (EMERCOM) inspections) of the fire safety provisions in place at the time of evaluation. Deadline for this project is 1 July 2020
- Fundraising and other resources for the purchase and installation of modern equipment and fire prevention/fire fighting devices; also the construction, in certain cases, of fire-proof rooms for rescue purposes. Without time limit
- Fundraising to provide lectures and demonstrations on how to avoid or deal with fires, together with informational and educational work in the above mentioned boarding schools and care homes for orphans, the elderly, invalids, and the mentally ill. This will include the organisation of theatrical events and concerts by youth and student groups (3 – 6 people). Without time limit
- Fundraising for the setting up of treatment and rehabilitation programs for orphans, and the children of low income families, who are suffering from the after-effects of fire. Without time limit
